Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The purpose of the MSACF Hall of Fame is to reconize the individuals and organizations who have made an outstanding contribution to the Fair by helping to nourish and preserve West Virginia's cultural heritage

Criteria for Consideration

  • Nominees in the following categories will be accepted: Artisans, Entertainers, Administrators and Volunteers.  Nominees must have:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years participation in the Fair

  • At least three (3) specific contributions to the Fair

  • A specific contribution to the perpetuation of heritage arts and crafts

  • Evidence of specific efforts to promote the Fair at any time, including but not limited to the actual three days of the fair.

All nominations for the current year must be received by June 1.
