Quilts must have a sleeve for hanging.

  Entry fee of $15 per quilt. Please make checks payable to MSACF.

  Only quilts made by living quilters will be accepted.

  The quilt must have the completed official label attached to the back of the quilt in the lower left corner.

If brought in a pillowcase, please attach your name and contact information.

  Each quilter or co-op may submit three (3) quilts with only one (1) entry per category.

  Quilts made from commercial kits will not be accepted.

  Quilts must be in excellent condition.

  Quilts in all categories may be pieced, appliqued, mixed, or using other techniques. Hand or machine quilted.

  MSACF will retain 10% of the retail price if a quilt is sold.

  Quilts chosen for exhibition may be labeled “Not for Sale”.

Bed Quilts must be seventy (70) inches or larger and may be hand-quilted or machine-quilted.

  Wall quilts should be less than seventy (70) inches in length or width and may be hand or machine-quilted.

  Quilts accepted to the show may be picked up on Saturday, July 5, 2025, between 5-6 PM.

  If a quilt is to be returned by mail, a check or money order for sufficient postage addressed to POSTMASTER must be included.

  Quilts entered DO NOT have to be judged.
